From the backstage of theatre to a backstreet café in Vietnam. "For over 20 years, I lived and breathed the world of film, TV, and theatre. I spent 15 years backstage at The Lion King in London’s West End, working on productions where every second mattered, every detail had to be perfect, and energy was everything. It was an industry that demanded creativity, focus, and endurance—but the energy solutions weren’t built for the long haul. The choices were either overpowering espressos or over-engineered energy drinks, leaving you wired, then wiped out. Then came Vietnam. On a rare break from the intensity of production life, I set off on a solo adventure. In a backstreet café, I was handed a drink I’d never seen before—a sparkling coffee, sipped through a lemongrass straw. It was smooth, light, and refreshing—an entirely new way to experience coffee.
