Hi, We’re Bell’s Reines! What began as a creative escape quickly became a family legacy in the making. I’m Angel, a chemical engineer and chemist who launched the food blog Dulcet Scintilla as a break from clinical research. My mom, Teneisha, with her background in psychology and an MBA, saw something more — that the joy we shared through recipes could become something we share with the world. Together, we started experimenting, laughing, and yes — dancing in the mirror and singing in the kitchen — until the idea for miniature gourmet cookies came to life. Soon, our customers were the ones dancing, savoring their own nostalgic moments with every bite. Our name honors Thomas Roosevelt Bell Jr., the patriarch of our family. We — his daughter and granddaughter — pay homage to his unmatched hospitality and lifelong love of sweets. Bell’s Reines (French for Bell’s Queens) exists to spread love, happiness, and connection through everything we bake. Each cookie is hand-crafted in small batches using the highest-quality, nut-free ingredients — delivering homemade quality without the time or guilt.
