Practically all other fishnet tights on the market are made from Nylon, which is a type of non-biodegradable plastic that breaks easily & yet persists in the environment indefinitely. Nylon clothing & apparel is one of the most significant contributors to micro-plastic pollution on the planet. Nylon fishnets are notorious for ripping at the slightest snag. While they may be very affordable, you are still getting ripped off because they break so easily & you will need to continuously buy more. When you throw them out, Nylon fishnets will sit in the landfill for generations and/or pollute waterways with micro-plastic beads.
