TORIFA was born from a family heritage and a deep passion for coffee. Inspired by memories of my grandmother picking and roasting beans in Yemen, I founded TORIFA to share this ancestral know-how and cultural richness. Our specialty coffees come from the high Yemeni mountains, where each cherry is hand-picked at perfect ripeness. This unique terroir, the historical cradle of coffee, gives our beans complex aromas and exceptional quality. Once in France, the beans are custom-roasted to reveal their full aromatic richness. Each cup of TORIFA is an invitation to travel, a sensory experience that tells a story, that of a people, a tradition, and a way of life.
