Hello there! I’m Alicia the owner of Harper Custom Designs. I am a mom of 3 and bonus mom to 2. As of October 2022, I’ve been promoted to Mimi also! 🥰 I sell graphic shirts, tumblers as well as other accessories. I also am offering blanks for tie dye and bleach. I am located in sunny Florida, so I am able to bleach almost year-round.
