ROOT is a Cheshire based, unique premium food brand that is re-inventing mealtimes and the way we can cook! We produce an innovative range of delicious world dishes that are cooked in a fraction of the time... We are not a ready meal or a sauce and offer as close to ‘scratch cooking’ as possible, just without the hard work and time! Our packs provide the base for mouth-watering world cuisine. With a carefully selected combination of ROOT vegetables, quality ingredients, herbs and the best of world spices; and a low and slow cooking process, ROOT provides the consumer with a deep, full flavoured taste sensation with every final dish. All in just 30 mins. Our mission is to make high quality home cooked food convenient and accessible to everyone. Convenience. Quality. Ease. ROOT was born out of the desire to have delicious home cooked comfort food (not just at the weekend), whilst running a busy life. For me, time was always the biggest blocker and I wanted a solution. Finding time to peel, chop and slow cook the base of all of our favourite dishes, let’s face it, takes hours... having all the necessary ingredients is also a shopping headache. ROOT is the solution and offers a wide range of world cuisine, that the consumer cooks from 'scratch' in a fraction of the time. We have done the hard work and put all of the love into these dishes, so that the consumer can produce amazing home cooked food, with very little time & effort, every time.
