Small batch, farm-to-bottle sauces grown and packed in Hendersonville, North Carolina. At Up All Night Bottling Co. we focus on fresh, BOLD, flavors. We grow a variety of produce and chilis here on our partnered, Trail’s End Farm. During this process, we use only all natural, organic fertilizers to produce an unadulterated, quality product. If it is not grown on the farm, we hand-select and source as locally as possible. While creating our sauces, we use only the natural characteristics of our produce to thicken. Up All Night’s mentality will always be all-natural, no preservatives; placing flavor at the forefront.
