Rima Deu, a pharmacist of over 10 years hated seeing people rely on medication for minor illnesses that could be resolved through healthier lifestyle changes. She also saw many patients who were very quickly prescribed medication such as antidepressants without them being questioned on current lifestyle, stress and other factors that could contribute to feelings of anxiety and depression. Her frustrations grew when she saw many patients pass away over the years due to ill health and despite her efforts to educate them on the importance of diet and exercise on both physical and mental health, she felt like she needed to do more to make a bigger impact on the world. In 2020, she decided to create her own unique range of whole food health blends. It took 15 months to create her own unique formula to make sure they were Certified Organic, Certified Vegan, non GMO, gluten free and dairy free. As well as this she was eager to make them palatable enough to consume in just plain water (without using any artificial ingredients).
