About Flying Tumbler Irish Whiskey

The Irish Flying Tumbler is a pigeon that leaves its loft on its daily adventures but always returns home at the end of the day. That's because its born with an innate homing beacon which allows it to get back home safely. We take our inspiration from the Irish Flying Tumbler. Having been away for years, the founders had a desire to return home to pursue a craft they were all passionate about, making great whiskey. We've returned to our roots in historic Co Carlow, Ireland where we source, mature, blend and bottle Irish Whiskey that surprises and delights. Read their story
