This, Is the beginning Of loving yourself. Welcome home. My mission is to spread love and light through self-affirmation. When we can sit in the quiet, be intentional, and breathe in affirmations, we gain a deeper love and appreciation for all that we are and all that we can do. The early stages of motherhood can be scary. I was a mother of 2 under 2 and lost myself somewhere through the cracks. Self-affirmation and journaling led myself to rediscover who I was and reminded me of how worthy and capable I am. Thus, my affirmation deck was born. Each card design is hand painted and each affirmation was carefully selected so you could feel the love and empowerment each and every day. My affirmation deck is special and unique because they are simple "I am" statements. You see, it is not up to me to tell you how you are worthy, powerful, and free.
