About Art is my therapy

I have always been creative from a young age. As I got older I noticed drawing whilst listening to music through tangled head phones became my biggest stress reliever. A few years ago I decided to throw myself in at the deep end and start sharing and selling my work online; from this Art Is My Therapy was born. I wanted to design items that were heart felt and perfect for gifting to loved ones who might be going through a rough time and needed a little reminder that someone was thinking about them. It started with my "little jar of courage" and I've now designed 100's of products centred around gentle positivity and little reminders. Read their story
