Quickthorn Ltd was founded by Katy Bevan, an independent writer and educator specializing in craft. Based in the Southwest of England, Quickthorn publishes books focusing on making and personal agency, promoting self-sufficiency and control over consumption. We’re conscious of our environmental impact, using local suppliers and printers, sourcing recyclable packaging and rejecting the ubiquitous plastic lamination books. Read their story
