It is a new drink made from French mirabelle plums 100% IGP Lorraine that will brighten up your aperitifs. Her secret? A unique manufacturing process which combines the fermentation and infusion of the juice of our mirabelle plums with a natural flower. So you get a cool, fruity drink, sparkling, alcoholic (6°) or alcohol-free (0°) that does not guarantee any bitterness.
