Mia is a textile + surface designer based in the Georgia lowcountry city of Savannah. She has been a maker, with a focus on textile-based textures, color, and pattern, since 2009. Mia’s marbling work embodies her signature pattern clash style with an emphasis on the fluid motion of the materials at hand. The goal is never perfection but rather what the colors can teach us.
