Layers Squared clothing is all designed and produced in-studio in Bend, Oregon. ON DESIGN: The pieces exude a smart fusion of intriguing and clever design elements, artistic significance, and a well-planned fit. They are all poised timelessly, proving to be just as treasured in your wardrobe with each new season. ON FIBER: All natural and plant-based fibers are used, including: l i n e n , c o t t o n , o r g a n i c c o t t o n , b a m b o o , r a y o n , h e m p , s o y and s i l k. When blended together, or sometimes alone, we benefit from the luxurious, soft, yet durable qualities of these natural materials. Besides the occasional 2% - 5% spandex blended with these natural fibers, there are no synthetic fibers used in construction. ON CONSTRUCTION: All materials are PRE-SHRUNK in the studio before sewn, to eliminate any shrinkage when you purchase your garment. This also softens the material from any sizing agents used during fabric manufacturing. INSPIRATION: In every moment we get to create ourselves once again, and share that with the world. I open up to the unlimited sources available to me, to take warp and weft and engineer something beautiful. …then let it go… THAT’S THE MOST IMPORTANT PART
