Irish Sea Moss was starting to be more in demand in the US, and my boss wanted to take advantage of the trend. Plenty of suppliers from Vietnam, China, and the Caribbean made claims about their Irish Sea Moss being the real thing. Turns out, you can only get Irish Sea Moss in *Ireland*. So I emailed the two sea moss farmers located in Ireland, and only heard back from one - Noel at Connemara Seaweed. So I gave them a call and asked them if I could visit. And I fell in love. With the people, the smell, and the sea. Irish Sea Moss has so many benefits: first of all, its 100% organic, its anti-inflammatory (it single-handedly got rid of my stubborn chin acne), and its full of vitamins A & K, as well as a number of antioxidants.
