Since 1999 we’ve been tucked away in the heart of the South Wales Valleys, hand crafting leather shoes that let little feet breathe, move and explore. At Inch Blue we believe that a barefoot start is the best start, so every pair we stitch is shaped to nurture muscle strength, flexibility and confidence as babies take those first, wobbly steps. Over the past 25 years we’ve watched generations of little walkers grow, and that legacy fuels our daily work. Today, we’re honouring our heritage while embracing an exciting new chapter. With a new management team taking the reins in 2025, we’ve given Inch Blue a vibrant update—including a brand-new workshop—while staying true to our cherished Welsh roots. Every pair is handmade to order, which means each design receives the care it deserves—from the first cut of supple leather to the final hand stitched finish. With hundreds of styles to choose from and no minimum order, finding the perfect match is as easy as a stroll in the park.
