Sleep – it’s something we all need for health and well-being, but it seems so many of us getting less and less of it. At Sleep Well we recognised this problem five years ago. We created a natural, ready to drink sleep solution and reintroduced the bedtime routine – encouraging people to start winding down and relax properly before bed. No more pills and potions, no more counting sheep. Sleep Well is available in three delicious flavours – Vanilla and Chocolate dairy drinks and our new Oat for those who prefer plant-based drinks. It’s perfect for those nights when you just can’t switch off – but also brilliant for shift workers and travellers – anyone whose sleep pattern is being disrupted. Our drinks contain valerian – the herb that’s been helping people relax for over 2000 years. Although it’s an ambient product, it can be enjoyed straight from the fridge or gently warmed 30 minutes before bedtime.
