About FIREFLIES DESIGNS LTD

Hi! My name is Haley :) ..and I am the owner of Fireflies Designs Ltd. Fireflies was born through years of never finding where I belonged, I’m not ashamed to say I’ve struggled through school and work with issues due to bullying. I left school & began working when I was 15 without a GCSE or qualification. I’ve worked hard to teach myself vital skills in design. Through my experience in past positions I have realised the most critical part of a successful design business is to spend time with each customer and offer the most personal service. I make sure every customer has the time to work on each design before approval, print and processing and I do not ever charge any extra fees for crucial one to one. We often get emails of excitement when the design is approved and awaiting dispatch! Currently every profit goes back into my business, we finally have been able to expand in terms of premise and I am able to employ my sister and my dad which is so important to me. Our mascots are 2 Pomeranians Luna (2) and Inka (14), 5 naughty mini shetlands and 2 cheeky ducks (Hank and Scoop). You will often see them appear on our Instagram!
