Odyssey Bars are here to help consumers in their personal health journeys! Whether its fixing your gut, choosing healthier snacks, or avoiding harmful allergens, we're here to make sure you make the right decision. Our founder, Dr. Jen, suffers from chronic IBS and gluten sensitivity. From her and her clients’ struggles with digestion and food sensitivities she created an all-natural, gluten-free, and super delicious protein bar. After her diagnosis, Dr. Jen spent years studying labels and searching for healthy snacks that were free of gluten and still tasted appetizing. This can be a big challenge for many people diagnosed with celiac disease and gluten sensitivity. Determined to fill this void, Dr. Jen decided to create a nutrient-dense snack that was gluten-free, good for digestive health, and even more important: DELICIOUS. It had to be all-natural and high in fiber and protein. She wanted to make something without fake chemicals and preservatives, instead made with ingredients you can pronounce. Something low in sugar but not filled with sugar alcohols. Her idea for a gut-healthy protein bar led to the creation of the Odyssey Prebiotic Protein Bar.
