Hatch is a specialty coffee roaster based in Markham, Canada that began with a focus on cold brew coffee. Today, Hatch is a full service roastery, providing equipment, training, and coffee for independent cafes. Our mission is to spread our love and appreciation for great coffee that is ethically and sustainably sourced. The roasting style we use is influenced by the lighter Scandinavian/Nordic roasters.
