Grooves & Grain is a high-end leather bag and accessories company with a focus on functional and sustainable qualities. The design inspiration of Grooves & Grain comes largely from the love of the outdoors and a deep passion for retro fashion. These accessories are made for women who value handcrafted unique pieces, and want something that tells a story. Being commitment to slow fashion, more than 90% of the leather used is sourced from the remnants and surplus supply caused by the upholstery industry. Techniques such as patch working, hand painting, and dying transform this leather into something entirely new. Each piece is lovingly handmade to order in small batches by Alyssa Guyette, in her cute Vermont based studio. With Grooves & Grain you are not only investing in a piece of wearable art, you are investing in a passionate one woman business.
