Marc Hochman has been a lover of coffee and dogs since his youthful days working through school at a small cafe in Palo Alto. His affinity became a passion when he started roasting his own coffee in his kitchen over 10 years ago. Since then, Marc built his own roastery where he still hand-roasts each batch to control his signature style and flavor.
