My name is Philipp Mann, I am 24 years old and work as a manager in the area of business development. 
Through my training in the food & beverage sector, in particular my training as a sommelier, WSET III gourmet expert and F&B manager, I have worked intensively on the food & beverage industry.

 During my training, I noticed that the topic of “wine” is often a very “dusty” topic that hardly interests the XYZ generation. It is a matter close to my heart to bring wine to a wide audience. 

When choosing wines, it was particularly important to me not to buy mass-produced goods from abroad, but to use 100% German quality wine. 
“Bianco, baby! “is a cuvée made from Rivaner & Gewürztraminer. “Rosé, Olé! “is 100% Baden Pinot Noir.
