Small town business owner McKenzie Brewer founded Clay City Candy Company in 2023. She graduated high school in the year of 2022 unsure of what life held for her. Almost a year after graduation she wanted to start her own business. With the love she held for Freeze dried candy and all the different textures of the candy she started Clay City Candy Company. The name Clay City is the name of her home town in the beautiful state of Kentucky, Just a few miles away from the popular nature destination; the red river gorge.
