“Les Petites Réthaises” are committed to a project that is resolutely organic and 100% natural. Our high-fermentation beers, unfiltered, unpasteurized, non-GMO and organic, preserve all the aromas of malt and hops. Carbon dioxide comes from fermentation in bottles, the yeast deposit attests to this and makes it a guarantee of quality. We don't use any artificial flavors, fruit purees, or other syrups. Indeed, all our “aromatic inputs” come from fruit or flower infusions. In a concept of Rethese identity, each beer has as its name a word borrowed from the local patois and its meaning is specified on the label. Finally, the “Petites Réthaises” are proud to have created a concept of musical beers: Each QR code on the label invites you to discover an artist from the Ile de Ré.
