With artist Franziska Uhlig, bright and cheerfully illustrated portraits with a touch of melancholy move into our living rooms. Franziska Uhlig grew up in a village near Zwickau and started her own little nomadic life when she was 18. With positions in Philadelphia, Hanover, Berlin, Groningen and Paris. In 2014, she reached the city of Stuttgart, very pregnant. Where she now lives with her family in a colourful and chaotic apartment with a view of the sky. Always with a little longing for the wide world. And always drawing, pondering and drinking coffee. #livefabulousandfearless
