About Natural Kind

Craig Buchner & Alexis Dane (a couple & co-founders) set out to create a product that didn’t exist, sorta. Other brands claimed to be all-over body oils — for your face, hair, neck, fingers and toes, and everything in between — but they weren’t. Either too fragrant (meaning too much essential oil, which is bad for skin and sensorily overwhelming) or a combination of clogging* carrier oils that are too heavy for sensitive skin, like on your face. (*These are called comedogenic oils.) So, Craig & Alexis started to experiment until they created a formulation that is not only good from head-to-toe, but nourishing, too. For all skin types and for anyone in your family (their four-year old daughter loves it). On top of that, they realized exactly what “Natural Kind” truly meant.
