About Radiation Therapy Hot Sauces

With a garden full of peppers our solution to preserve them was to make sauce. We gave that sauce to friends, family and colleagues and they kept coming back. Our sauces are made in small batches using all natural ingredients in our commercial kitchen in Charlotte, North Carolina. We do not use a co-packer. Our sauces are made with care by hand. Fun fact: 18 years ago our daughter Maddie planted the tree that supplies our mangos. Maddie is the Mad in Mad Mango.Read their story
