About AQUI-TRUF47

The SAS AQUI-truf47 was created in 2016 with the objective of developing truffle products under the KV Coeur & Truffes brand. With a local and national harvest of truffles, we decided to create a range of truffle products (condiments, sauces, sweet confits, foie gras, rillettes, pâté, sausage and even beer). Our recipes include between 10 and 20% truffles (depending on their variety). With the exception of some of our condiments (oil and balsamic), all of our products are free of added flavors. More truffle culinary creations are planned in the coming months. Our main motivation and our ethics are the production of truffle recipes that respect nature and the consumer.Read their story
