About Transversal Life

Hello, We are Cristina and Randall, psychologists and enthusiasts of nature, therapeutic writing and stationery, both professionally and personally. Our desks and workspaces are full of books, postcards, illustrations, notebooks and other tools for writing and creating. These materials guide our interventions and inspire us when we propose exercises to the people who come to our office. Together we created Transversal, as a way of connecting everything that moves us: psychology, nature, self-care and the encounter with other human beings. It supports the idea of combining our respective ways of seeing and understanding psychology, with the aim of creating and growing together. At Transversal we want to build spaces for care, a place where creativity, listening to the body and self-love are very present. We are convinced that the great journey is inland. Sometimes that journey is complex: stopping to observe our interior is quite a challenge in the world where we live. Most of the time we live oriented towards the outside, towards the other, dedicating ourselves only to the tasks and obligations of the routine and doing so in a linear and automatic way.
