We at Itsy Bitsy Coffee Company believe in giving our customers the absolute finest in ethically grown, fairly traded, organic (FTO), NON-GMO beans so they may enjoy the best tasting cup of coffee they have ever had. This is done by selecting only premium beans from each country that have been hand picked so that only the ripest are used. Many plants have been shade grown at elevations of 1300~2500 meters in a higher lava content soil so that the flavor slowly develops on the plant which produces a better product. We are proud to offer roasted or green coffee beans from plantations which are Rain Forest Alliance (RFA) friendly & Smithsonian Migratory Bird Center (SMBC) friendly! All of our premium beans have a few things in common such as being of single bean origin which gives you the experience of tasting the flavors and enjoying the aroma of a coffee that has not been mixed with less expensive beans to improve our profits. They are all organic without the plant being genetically modified to increase yields or appearance, just plain, pure great coffee beans that mother nature supplies us. Also, they are 100% Arabica and not the less expensive Robusta beans so many commercial roasters use for higher profits. In addition, they are all fairly traded so the farmers receive a fair price for their labor and are able to sustain the fields without abandoning the organic concept by going to cheaper production methods.
