Capobianco Organic Farm produces premium organic tomato preserves and condiments through a genuine farm-to-table approach. Our facility is located at the heart of our fields, allowing us to maintain a fully closed supply chain and to guarantee the healthiness, traceability, and freshness of every product. Our work is guided by three core principles: • Regenerating the soil and enhancing biodiversity through regenerative farming practices; • Cultivating unique tomato varieties that are naturally rich in aroma, antioxidants, and flavor; • Processing each tomato with the utmost care, harvesting and transforming everything by hand at peak freshness. Our mission is to offer convenient, genuinely healthy products. Made with clean ingredients and traditional methods, our preserves provide the practicality consumers need while preserving the authentic flavor and nutritional value of true farm-to-table foods. All of this takes place on our farm in Puglia, where we employ up to 17 people on a regular basis—60% of whom are women. Capobianco Organic Farm represents a return to our roots: a celebration of simplicity, authenticity, and a more holistic, meaningful way of living.
