About Angelic Shades Fine Art

Angelic Shades Art represents the Fine Art work of artist and author, Angela R. Sasser. Inspired by Fantasy and folklore by a magical childhood in Germany and abroad, Angela is a university trained illustrator creating unique art featuring elegant lines, mythic visions, decorative details, and a classical spirit. She is inspired by the dark and elegant beauty of the Art Nouveau, Symbolist, and Prephraelite movements and how we can draw on art for beauty, inspiration, and hope. Angela has won several awards throughout the southeast convention Art Show circuit, including Judge's Choice and Best In Show. She is also the author of the painting howto book, "Angelic Visions" from Penguin Random House and the Birthstone Goddesses Coloring Book. She currently works out of her home studio in south Atlanta, Georgia, USA utilizing traditional watercolor and ink techniques to create work for Angelic Shades.Read their story
