About Das tapfere Michilein

Graz artisan Michaela Perner is behind the label DAS BRAVE MICHILEIN. Her handmade upcycled products are created entirely in the spirit of sustainability, as waste prevention and recycling are of great concern to her. Growing up on a mountain farm with 4 siblings, she learned to handle nature's resources in an appreciative and creative way from an early age. Thanks to her love of colors and patterns, the idea was born to produce from existing and used textiles, stock exchanges, cases or headbands and thus breathe new life into a wide range of old textiles.
