Great-great-great-grandson of a Confectioner, I have always been drawn to taste and flavors. Discovering new scents, new spices, understanding where the quality of a product comes from, perceiving in their imperfection the uniqueness that highlights them. Historically, Confectioners worked with both Sweet and Savory. Over time, we have gradually focused our production on Sweet. In 2019, I had the opportunity to take over a company offering Savory products, particularly working with Mustard, Oil, and Flavored Salt. It was an opportunity for me to fulfill a dream and offer a vision around savory. My goal: Rediscover Everyday Cooking With natural products, I offer you a whole range of flavored savory products (and others are in the process of being created). For my part, I am extremely proud of the work done on Provençal Mustard, which is the most perfect result with a light Mustard and vibrant flavors. I am also very happy to have been able to hire an employee who brings Spice to our products... because not being very fond of spicy, we end up with a very mild range.
