Wounded Warrior Ointment is an antiseptic and astringent for relief of minor skin irritations. It heals, soothes and moisturizes. It is safe for children and pets. Wounded Warrior Ointment was created in Boone NC in 1990 by Red Alderman. Alderman was a professor of earth studies in Boone when he started working on Wounded Warrior Ointment. He was studying herbal alternatives for the homeopathic industry, and was approached by a fisherman looking to heal his sore hands. After four years of experimenting, gathering and growing herbs and then giving the ointment to friends, he settled on a mixture of herbs in an Aloe Vera gel after the final ingredient was given to him by his good friend and mentor, Cherokee medicine man, Chief Two Trees. It caught on and has been healing & relieving skin ailments ever since. Wounded Warrior Ointment is manufactured in the Blue Ridge Mountains in small batches from wild crafted and Organic ingredients. Keep a bottle on you at all times- share with friends!
