We’re excited to let you know that we’re relaunching shipments to the United States! It’s been a long time coming, and we’ve worked hard to make cross-border orders smoother and more affordable for our customers. Lower-cost shipping to northern states: We’re consolidating orders and sending them by freight to Buffalo, NY, where customs and FDA clearance are handled by a professional broker. Once cleared, UPS takes over for domestic delivery within the U.S. This setup adds about $15 per box to your order instead of $150 per shipment — since we’re able to spread the extra cost across multiple customers. For southern states requiring ice packs or express shipping: Because UPS can’t process FDA-inspected items yet, we’re partnering with DHL for these orders. DHL can handle FDA clearance, but they’ll need your EIN or Social Security number to process the shipment. While DHL is more expensive, we recommend joining the Faire Insider program — it offers significant savings on international shipping costs. Product availability: For now, we’re only shipping products made in North America. Items from the UK, China, Korea, etc are still under review since labeling laws don’t always show full origin details. Once we’re confident about compliance and tariffs, we’ll relist those products with all border fees included in the price. We’re grateful for your patience and ongoing support.
