The idea for the brand originated from my own personal transformation through mindfulness. In 2019 at the height of my corporate career, I was feeling more anxious and stressed than ever, living a busy life on auto-pilot, without knowing who I really was or what I really wanted. That's when I discovered mindfulness techniques which have been incredibly healing and transformative, then set out on a mission to imbue the spark of mindful living all around!
