La Chouette is a brand of Norman artisanal cider created by epicurean enthusiasts. Our range of ciders has been designed for the network of delicatessens and CHR. We offer essential recipes (Demi-Sec and Brut in Normandy Organic Agriculture) but also new recipes that are always very fruit oriented (a rosé cider made from apples and pears and a cider with chestnut from Limousin with subtle final notes of chestnut glazed).
