About GOURMAPES

Our purpose is to make Spanish almonds a premium product. We combine the quality of the almond that the Mediterranean gives us, the traditional cultivation and selection process, with hand roasting, seasoning the almond with a combination of high quality mixes. This is how we achieve, from the most classic ones made with extra virgin olive oil and paprika de la vera, to other more complex ones that play with the fusion of flavors of great character. All this makes Gourmapes almonds perfect for complement a good appetizer or take them as a snack between meals, and always taking us to a unique gastronomic experience. With almonds we also make creams. Perfect on toast, for dipping, or as another ingredient in our dishes. They provide the mild almond flavor, protein and are very good for our heart.
