In the Saròrosa Farm, varieties of medicinal plants are grown, biologically and by hand, including lavender, mint, lemon balm, chamomile, rosemary and aloe; extra virgin olive oil is also produced. The idea behind the project is to transform the harvest into essential oils, oleolites, extracts and gels, as well as the spontaneous collection of wild officinalis. These precious preparations are used for food and cosmetic use and the Company's goal is to self-produce all the ingredients of its products. Part of the harvest is destined for herbal teas: the collection and processing are done by hand, as is the packaging. A craftsmanship that ensures a loving care of the plant. Read their story
