We’re a cool little kid’s book company that’s all about crafting stories for families who march to the beat of their own drum – or rather fly with their own flock! At Odd Bird, we’ve got a knack for creating books that are as unique as the families who read them. What sets us apart? For starters, everything you see in our books – from the writing to the illustrations – is all done in our little nest. Yep, we’re all about that handmade, crafty vibe that adds a special touch to each and every page. But most importantly, our books are filled with heart and soul. We’re all about spreading love and making sure every family feels included, no matter how ‘different’ they might be. Odd Bird Books was created by wife & husband team, Roxy and Zack who wanted to shift to a stay-at-home lifestyle to spend as much time with their 2 under 2 children. Roxy designs and illustrates all their books while Zack writes and edits--in between diaper changes and nursing and family walks, of course.
