About Sweet Souls

Hi, I'm Meg! I started Sweet Souls during the summer of 2022. I had just pulled myself out of a deep depression after losing my little sister. I told myself that I was going to try all the things I've wanted to try, that I am not going to be the one to tell myself "no" but it's ok if someone else does. My sister and I both suffered from body dysmorphia. After years of therapy, I was able to let that part of myself go. Thus Sweet Souls became a way to honor all bodies. Because all bodies are beautiful bodies! No exceptions. Imagine a world where we all looked the same? Imagine what a boring place that would be. Each of us have unique qualities that we bring to the world. And in honoring my sis, and in honoring the beauty of the world, I created Sweet Souls as a gentle reminder that our differences make us beautiful, collectively and individually.Read their story
