About Flavia Art Studios

Welcome to The Flavia Gallery Flavia Weedn was an amazing woman. She began selling art on the streets of California as a single mom in 1960. She had been a tap dance instructor and a fashion merchandiser since she was 18. Art, dance and fashion were her passions. Flavia's children Lisa Weedn and Richard Weedn added art, writing and design abilities as they grew up in the business. Flavia's mission to care for her family never stopped. This art adventure is still creating art cards and posters after 60 years. It is now based in Lugano, Switzerland. Flavia and Jack's children, nieces, nephews and grandchildren carry on the tradition today making 100% cotton, handmade, tree-free, earth friendly goods in a studio environment.
