North Hill Bakery started because of the support and love of our family and community in Ohio. We shared our Sourdough Crackers with them and they encouraged us to start selling them. We started at farmer's markets and have grown from there! Our handmade crackers combine our sourdough starter with all natural ingredients and then ferment for 36 hours. Crisp, crunchy and delicious. Our crackers can be enjoyed au natural, paired, with cheese or perfect to dip! Why Sourdough? THE TASTE! Sourdough has a subtle sweet tang. The longer it ferments, the greater the depth of flavor. There are numerous health benefits including, being more nutritious and digestible than conventional baked goods. We hope you enjoy them!
