About MAKEPEACE

Our refugee journey brought us to Idaho. When life brings you to Idaho and gives you potatoes . . . MAKEPEACE. Hygiene and physical dignity is a basic human right. Soap is a life necessity, but for millions of displaced people around the world, this is unattainable. MAKEPEACE is the belief that peace is born in the thoughts, words and actions of everyday life. MAKEPEACE is the practice of peace making within our own heart, our own mind, our own life, our own relationships. These actions foster a momentum for peace in our family, community, city, nation and world. We hope for peace. We protest for peace. We pray for peace. We can go beyond hope, protest, prayer and make peace. Our skin care line is created entirely from organic potatoes in Twin Falls, Idaho, USA.
