About MVP STUDIO

Hello I'm Mackenzie the artist, designer, packer, really everything behind MVP STUDIO. Here I make functional ceramic objects for your spaces , by hand. I make all of the pots in my basement home studio in Philadelphia PA. As you can see I have slimmed down my offerings while my business and studio gets a revamp over the 2026 year. I hope to have all the changes made to my Wholesale by January 2027. My works are made with hand dyed clay and layered to create an agate looking surface. This technique is called Nerikomi, it is a traditional Japanese technique, but also historically can be found in Egypt and every man’s favorite time The Romans!! My work is made in small batches, with focus on each piece, so when ordering your pieces will all have a familial feel to them, and are one of a kind. I chose the name MVP STUDIO because my lovely parents gave me the initials MVP. While the studio end of it refers to all that can happen in a studio. I teach clay classes, fire other people’s work, consult on clay related topics, and any other hobby support that is needed. So MVP STUDIO is wholesale + support.
