Our olive oil originates from a 900-year-old monastery in Lebanon's sacred Qadisha Valley, a UNESCO World Heritage site often called the “Holy Valley.” Here, ancient olive trees are cultivated in fertile, nutrient-rich soil using traditional and regenerative farming methods, preserving both the land and its heritage. This extra virgin olive oil is single-origin and crafted with care, cold-pressed from hand-picked Lebanese olives. No chemicals or heat are used, ensuring each bottle retains its authentic flavor, rich aroma, and high nutritional value.
