MONI was founded in California in 2016 by husband and wife. We are an ethically driven company that believes food is healing. We create artisanal chocolate made from fully plant-based and the best quality ingredients. Our cacao beans are never roasted, so you can have the most health-giving quality when you enjoy our raw chocolate bar. For sweetening we use unrefined organic coconut sugar. It naturally contains minerals and other elements with antioxidant properties. Also it has lower glycemic index than cane sugar, enabling your body to be more effective at maintaining its blood sugar levels. Our chocolate is dairy-free, soy and gluten-free.
